The next book on my list is The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society by Mary Ann Shaffer. I've heard a lot of good things about this one. I hope that it's a bit more cheery than the last book.

No Happy Ending
So I finished Wintergirls. I don't really know what to say about this one. It was intense, that's for sure. It was good, too, but I really could not relate with the main character. Not at all. That's never happened before. Usually there's something about every character that I can say, "Yeah, I know what she means," but not in this one. It's good, but certainly not a light-hearted read.
